Our Exceptional Care and service would not be what it's known to be without our amazing Care Partner Team! Our Care Partners each boast an extensive history of Pet experience. You can be sure we match your beloved pets with trusted, knowledgable and loving individuals.

​All Care Partners have undergone three rounds of interviews, completed criminal background check and received team training. All Care Partners are insured through Rachael's Rovers.

Annika O

Annika has had a passion for animals for as long as she can remember! Growing up in the city, she fulfilled her love of animals by volunteering at the SPCA and adopting a goldendoodle of her own. Annika is so excited to get to know you and your pets and to love and care for them as if they’re her own!

Emily

Emily is a fourth year bachelor of psychology student at the University of Saskatchewan. Her dream is to one day combine her passions for psychology and pets to help people. Cats were her first love, although with the addition of an amazing family bulldog 11 years ago, dogs quickly found a place in her heart too. Emily believes there is never better time spent than with a pet, and Emily can’t wait to spend time with yours!

Kelsey

Kelsey is pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Saskatchewan and holds the values of accountability, honesty, and patience close to her heart. Kelsey was raised in rural Saskatchewan with many cats and dogs, where she learned the importance of empathy, communication, and building rapport. She believes that each animal is unique and requires care specific to their needs, and she is looking forward to sharing her passion for care with you and your pets! 

Skye

Skye grew up with two pugs! These little companions taught her the importance of patience, gentleness, and empathy toward caring for all sorts of animals. Skye believes that like people, each pet has their own unique personality and needs. Skye is excited to ensure that your pet is provided with the love and care it needs to feel safe and happy while you are away. 

Charlene

Charlene has worked at a vet clinic for six years and recently moved into a management position. Through her work, she has been granted a scholarship with Penn Foster to complete the vet tech program. An avid “dog person” her whole life, she finally caved and adopted a cat from SCAT in 2022 and is completely in love. Charlene says the best part of her job is when pets remember her from previous visits and are happy to see her again. She is looking forward to becoming friends with your pets, and ensuring you peace of mind while you are away.

Nicole

Nicole is a calm soul with an adventurer's spirit. Nicole grew up on an acridge, where she cared dogs, rabbits and goats. Since moving to the city Nicole has sat cats and helped raised pups for friends and family. She believes our pets should be respected and loved with patience and grace through and through. Nicole looks forward to getting to know your fur babies and is honoured to be helping care for them.

Jaime

Jaime is a mom to four fur babies , two daughters and a nana to one little boy . She grew up on a farm with all the animals - cows , horses , dogs , cats , rabbits, pigs and chickens ! Fun fact - she used to collect garder snakes ! She has had a love of animals her whole life! Being a mom to four pets , she understands how important it is to have top notch, dependable care when you are away ! She is very excited to meet you and your furry loved ones.

Alexis

Alexis has two dogs, Jax and Bronx as well as a hairless cat Goyle. Alexis grew up surrounded by animals and has been passionate about them since she was young. Originally Alexis had aspirations to work in the animal field for her career, but ended up down a different path. Alexis is super excited to help care for your pets as she would her own! She knows it takes a lot of trust to depend on someone and she will do her best to ensure your pet is healthy and happy while under her care!

Jes

Jes has grown up working with cattle, dogs, and cats on her family farm and has a deep passion for taking care of animals. She has always adored animals and found them intriguing. Jes completed a biology degree at the U of S and plans on using that degree to help animals of all shapes and sizes. She is very excited to get to know your pets and take care of their needs.

Elena

Elena Is a major fan of animals of all kinds! Elena grew up around dogs, cats, fish and even lizards. Elena has pet-parented rats, a hedgehog and currently has their own cat Ivory whom she adores. Elena has had a passion for animals from a young age and sometimes they would even take on the role of babysitting their aunts and uncles four shih tzu’s. Elena recognizes the importance of treating another’s pet like family because pets have always been a part of theirs.

Rainey

Growing up on the farm Rainy was surrounded by animals - especially dogs and cats! She’s had five Newfoundlands and one Labrador, each of them she considers her best friends. Rainey is also a lover of cats…a melting every time she sees one kind of love. There were always too many cats to count outside at the farm, plus she rescued and raised four cats of her own. Rainey believes dealing with animals takes patience and a kind heart. She is super excited to meet you and all of your pets!

Sam - Team Lead

Sam is a second year veterinary student at the WCVM and has a deep passion and respect for animals. She prides herself with the ability to establish a deep connection with animals; helping them feel loved and comfortable while in her Care. Sam’s appreciation for how each pet is unique with their own personality and needs makes her a wonderful helping hand on the Rachael’s Rovers team! Her goal is to ensure your furry friends are happy, healthy, and content while you are temporarily apart!

Annika

Annika has an immense love for animals, and feels lucky to have grown up with and taken care of a wide variety of pets throughout her life. Annika loves getting to know each pet’s personality and gaining their trust. Annika is determined to love your pets as her own and meet their unique needs with energy, patience and compassion!

Shannon

With two years of dog-walking experience, Shannon has made her childhood dream of working with animals a reality! Beyond her role as a dog walker, she is on the journey to become a veterinary technician. Shannon has a deep interest in understanding and studying dog behaviour, and each day when she embarks on adventures with furry companions she is committed to ensuring they lead happy and healthy lives. Trust that your pets are in capable hands for tail-wagging walks and playful outdoor moments with Shannon!

Tressa

Tressa - Team Lead

Growing up on a farm Tressa cannot remember a time without the love for any and all animals.  That love of animals moved her to the Caribbean to study veterinary medicine. After living there and missing her two golden retrievers and two cats at home, she moved back to Saskatoon to attend WCVM to complete her degree. Tressa cannot wait to share her love and compassion for animals in every meet and greet, house sit, walk or drop in she completes.

Morgan

Morgan has been an avid animal lover for her whole life! Morgan grew up on a farm around horses and dogs. She loves caring for any and all animals of any size. Morgan is currently in school with the hopes of becoming a Vet! Morgan looks forward to caring and tending to all of your pets needs!
